About Pigments & Press
Pigments & Press is a small independent art studio. Artwork, products, descriptions, colors, and availability may change from time to time. I do my best to present products accurately, but colors may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete. An order is not final until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted.
I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including because of an inventory issue, pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside my control. If an order is canceled after payment, the amount paid will be refunded.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Handmade and Made-to-Order Items
Many Pigments & Press items are prepared, printed, or packed by hand. Small variations may occur and are part of the nature of handmade work.
Please review the shipping and return information before placing an order. Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees, and delays may occur during holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond my control.
Intellectual Property
All artwork, illustrations, photographs, writing, designs, names, logos, and other content on this website belong to Pigments & Press or are used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use this content commercially without prior written permission.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
