Please present your Archive Verification slip using the form below. The Bureau will review the record and, if the verification number is valid and unused, issue your print claim instructions by email.
What to include in your message
- Archive Name: the name the Bureau should use for your correspondence and certificates
- Email: the email used for your correspondence purchase, if different from the form email
- Verification Number: printed on your Archive Verification slip
- Milestone: Junior Archivist / Letter 5, or Keeper / Letter 9
- Optional note to the Bureau: questions, observations, rumors, or curious findings
Important: Certificates are story milestones within The Last Address. Complimentary print claims require a valid unused Archive Verification number. Shipping is not included.
